Spicy country-fried chicken

Ingredients

1 | cup | All-purpose flour |
2 | teaspoons | Garlic salt |
2 | teaspoons | Pepper |
1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
½ | teaspoon | Poultry seasoning |
½ | cup | Milk |
1 | each | Egg; beaten |
1 | each | 2-1/2 to 3 pound broiler- fryer; cut up ans skinned |

Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a plastic or paper bag; shake to mix, and set aside. Combine milk and egg; mix well.
Place 2 or 3 pieces of chicken in bag; shake well. Dip chicken in egg mixture; return to bag and shake again. Repeat procedure with remaining chicken.
Heat 1 inch of oil in a large skillet to 325 degrees F; add chicken and fry 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
Drain chicken on paper towels.
