Spicy creamy dip or dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Cottage cheese
2 tablespoons Milk (or cream)
1 tablespoon White horseradish
¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
3 dashes Tabasco

Directions

Combine the ingredients in a food processor, blender, or mixer and beat until smooth. Cover the mixture and chill.

use as a dip with steamed vegetables, such as green beans or asparagus, or raw vegetables, such as mushroom caps, green or red pepper strips, sliced summer squash or zucchini, cucumber or fennel.
