Spicy ham loaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Syrup, dark corn
2 teaspoons Mustard, dry
cup Vinegar
3 cups Ham; ground (about 1-1/2lbs)
2 cups Pork; ground (1 lb.)
1 cup Breadcrumbs, fine dry
2 Eggs
½ cup Apple juice
1 tablespoon Onion, minced
½ teaspoon Mustard; dry
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Combine corn syrup, 2 teaspoon dry mustard, and vinegar in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove syrup from heat, and set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Place meat mixture in a greased 13x9x2" baking pan, and shape into 12x4" loaf. Bake at 300 degrees for 1-½ to 2 hours, basting every 15 minutes with syrup mixture.
