Mustard ham loaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Ham, smoked
½ pounds Pork, fresh ground
1 cup Milk
1 cup Bread cubes (2 slices)
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
½ cup Brown sugar, firm packed
¼ cup Vinegar
2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Combine meat, milk, and bread cubes. Mix lightly and form into loaf; place in shallow baking pan.

Combine remaining ingredients for sauce and pour over meat.

Bake in 375 F. oven 1 1//2 hours, basting often with sauce in pan.
