Spicy stir-fry orange chicken

3 tablespoons Soy sauce
½ cup Chicken stock
cup Orange juice
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Rice vinegar
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Olive oil
4 Sliced chicken breasts
¼ cup Orange zest
1 Minced garlic clove
¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1 Sliced red bell pepper
1 cup Snow peas

Directions

Directions: In a bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, soy sauce, chicken stock, orange juice, sugar, rice vinegar and sesame oil. Heat a large skillet or wok until very hot. Add the olive oil, then add the chicken.

Cook for about one minute, tossing. Add the orange zest, garlic, red pepper flakes, bell pepper, and snow peas. Saut‚ for 3 minutes, stirring often.

Stir in the sauce mixture and simmer for 4-5 minutes, reducing slightly.

Serve immediately. Serves 4.
