Spicy sesame sauce - master chefs

Ingredients

cup Tahini, (sesame seed paste) + 1 tablespoon
cup Vinegar, Chinese, rice
cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Sugar
tablespoon Oil, sesame
1 tablespoon Garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Oil, chili, hot
½ teaspoon Peppercorns, Szechwan, ground

Directions

Use a processor or blender to combine sauce ingredients. Set aside.
