cup Frozen orange juice concentr
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
½ cup Fine dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Paprika
3 tablespoons Unsalted butter; melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

Combine the egg, orange juice concentrate, and soy sauce; stir to mix well.

In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and paprika. Put melted butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Dip chicken pieces in the orange-soy mixture, then coat with crumbs. Place chicken skin side up in baking pan. Sprinkle with any remaining crumbs. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Do not turn.
