1 | tablespoon | Tarragon, freshly chopped, OR 1 ts dried tarragon |
1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
½ | teaspoon | Tabasco sauce |
1 | teaspoon | Vinegar |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Serve as a dipping sauce for shellfish, or top off grilled fish steaks (Tuna) with dollops.
