Spinach and potato pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Eggs or 2 eggs and 1/2 cup egg substite, beaten
1 tablespoon Milk; optional
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
teaspoon Pepper
cup Frozen hash brown potatoes with onions and peppers
1 pack Frozen chopped spinach; thawed, well drained
½ cup Shredded Swiss; Mozzareall or Cheddar, cheese OR crumbled Feta cheese

Directions

Combine eggs, milk, if using, garlic salt and pepper. Add hashbrowns, spinach and cheese. Pour into well greased, 8" nonstick skillet. Cove and cook over Medium heat, 10-12 minutes, until soft in center, but golden on bottom. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered for 5 minutes. Cut in wedges.
