Spinach crepes

½ teaspoon Salt
1 pinch Nutmeg or mace
2 packs Frozen spinach
3 tablespoons Minced onion
1 Egg, beaten slightly
1 tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoons Milk

Directions

Make a roux with onion, butter & flour. Stir in milk & egg. Add spinach, salt and nutmeg. Heat through. Fill crepes, and bake 10-15 min. at 350.
