Spinach dip in hollowed-out sourdough bread

Quantity Ingredient
1 10 oz box Frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed out
1 Tub Sour cream
1 pack Onion soup mix -- your favorite *
½ can Water chestnuts -- chopped
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 Loaf Sourdough bread

Directions

* I prefer Knorr's and I have also tried the onion/mushroom and other onion varieties.

Mix spinach, sour cream, soup mix, water chestnuts and mayonnaise and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours. Put in a hollowed-out loaf of very sour sourdough bread and serve with more bread pieces...yummy!
