Spinach tortilla rolls

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 larges Flour tortillas
1 10 oz Pkg froz chpd spinach,
Thawed and well drained
1 3 oz Jar real bacon bits
6 Green onions, chopped
1 cup Sour cream
1 8 oz Pkg cream cheese, softened
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

Directions

Have tortillas at room temperature. Combine remaining ingredients until well distributed throughout mixture. Spread fairly thinly and evenly on tortillas. Roll each tortilla up jelly roll fashion and wrap individually in plastic film. Refrigerate overnight. Unwrap and slice into ¾ inch rounds just before serving.
