Tortilla roll ups

Quantity Ingredient
250 grams Cream cheese, softened
cup KRAFT three cheese ranch dressing
1 each Carrot, finely chopped (very finely)
cup Fresh broccoli, VERY finely chopped
8 eaches 7-inch flour tortillas

Directions

Mix together the cream cheese, dressing, carrot and broccoli. Spread evenly over the tortillas. Roll tortillas up and store in fridge.

(Makes slicing easier when they are cold) To serve, cut on the diagonal. Makes about 4-5 dozen pieces. Per roll: 20 cal, ½ gr pro, 2⅕ gr carbo, 1.0 gr fat. Origin: KRAFT What's Cooking Magazine, 10th issue. Shared by: Sharon Stevens, Dec/94.
