St. james marinated chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Kraft Creamy Golden Salad
Dressing
1 tablespoon Vanilla
dash Basil
dash Oregano
¼ cup Soy Sauce
4 To 6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
Monterey Jack Cheese -- for garnish
Bacon Slices -- for garnish

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Marinate boneless breasts for 12 hours.

Remove from marinade and grill chicken until done. To serve, sprinkle generously with Monterey Jack cheese and a slice of bacon that has been cooked to the rare stage. Slide chicken under broiler to melt cheese and crisp bacon. Serve on a bed of rice. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
