Steak irish mist

4 | Sirloin steaks | |
¼ | pint | Thick cream |
2 | tablespoons | Irish Mist Liqueur |
2 | ounces | Butter |
Salt | ||
Peppercorns; freshly ground | ||
Garnish: watercress |
Directions
Remove sirloin steaks from bone, season with with salt and pepper. Heat pan, and when very hot add a knob of butter. When butter bubbles add steaks and cook for 4 minutes (or longer if desired) on either side. Remove to warm platter. Add cream to juices in pan, then add Irish Mist, stir and pour over steaks.
