Steamer trout with herb stuffing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 eaches Pan-dressed trout fresh or thawed
½ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Herb stuffing
cup Butter or marg; melted
½ cup Fresh mushrooms; sliced
cup Green onions; sliced
1 tablespoon Parsley; chopped
1 tablespoon Pimento; chopped
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Margarine

Directions

Wash and dry trout. In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

Stuff fish and place in steamer basket. Add 1-½ cups water to reservoir, cover and steam from 26 to 30 minutes.
