Stir-fried chicken and broccoli with sun dried tomatoes

3 tablespoons Olive oil
pounds Skinless, boneles chicken
Breasts; in 1\" pieces
2 cups Broccoli florets
2 Cl Garlic; minced
6 Oil-packed sun-dried tomato
Halves; drained/chopped
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Recipe by: 365 Ways to Wok/R.Banghart In a Wok, heat 1½ T. olive oil over High heat until hot, swirling to coa sides of pan. Add chicken and stir-fry until meat is white throughout, but still juicy, about 3 minutes.

Remove to plate. In same wok, heat remaining ½ T. oil over Medium-High heat. Add broccoli and stir fry until crisp-tender, 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute longer. Return chicken to wok. Add sun-dried tomatoes, hot sauce and pepper. Cook, stirrin for 1 minute. Serve hot.
