Strawberry and creme fraiche pancakes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 250 gram tub creme fraiche
1 250 gram pac fresh strawberries; washed, hulled and
; sliced
50 grams Flaked almonds; (2oz)
To garnish a sprig of fresh mint

Directions

Spread the creme fraiche on to the pancakes.

Place the strawberries on one half of the pancake and sprinkle over the almonds before folding over the other half of the pancake.
