Strawberry spinach toss

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 cups Spinach; torn in bite-size pieces
1 cup Sliced strawberries
1 cup Honeydew melon balls
2 tablespoons Lime juice
2 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
cup Broken pecans; toasted
cup Gouda or Edam; cut in julienne strips; about 2 oz
½ teaspoon Grated ginger OR
¼ teaspoon Ground ginger

Directions

STRAWBERRY SPINACH TOSS

GINGER-HONEY DRESSING

Toss all salad ingredients.

Shake all dressing ingredients in tightly covered container. Yields 5 tablespoons dressing.
