Spinach-apple toss

Ingredients

| 2 | Bags fresh spinach | |
| 2 | Tart red apples; sliced | |
| 8 | slices | Bacon; fried crisp & crumbled |
| ⅔ | cup | Salad dressing or mayonnaise |
| ⅓ | cup | Frozen orange juice concentrate; thawed |
Directions
Wash & dry spinach leaves; tear into bite-size pieces. Combine spinach, apples & bacon. Mix mayonnaise & orange juice; pour over spinach mixture & toss lightly. Serves 8.
