1 each Pk yeast
cup Warm water
2 eaches Tb liquid Butter Buds or Promise Ultra fatfree margarine
3 eaches Tb sugar*
2 teaspoons Papa Dash lite salt, optional
2⅔ cup Bread flour

Directions

*Or 1½ tablespoons sugar and 2 packets Sweet 'n Low In a large mixer bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add Butter Buds, sugar, salt and two cups of the flour. Bllend 2 minutes on low speed, scraping bowl constantly. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in remaining flour until smooth. Scrape batter from side of bowl. Cover; let rise iln warm place until double, about 30 minutes. Stir down batter by beating about 25 strokes. Spread evenly in a pan that has been sprayed with a nonfat spray. (9 x 5 x 3") Smooth out top by patting with your hand coated with flour. Cover; let rise until double, about 40 minutes. Heat oven to 375F. Bake 45 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
