Ingredients

1 medium Onion, chopped
1 cup Celery, chopped
3 eaches Tb liquid Butter Buds or fatfree chicken broth
3 teaspoons Poultry seasoning
3 teaspoons Sage
1 teaspoon Oregano, crushed
2 eaches Sl whole wheat bread, cubed
1 can (8oz) whole kernal corn, rinsed and drained
1 cup Cornmeal
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Or two sugar
**OR**
1 each Pk Sweet 'n Low
¼ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Lite salt, optional
1 cup Skim milk
½ cup Liquid Butter buds
¾ cup Egg Beaters, beaten

Directions

Heat oven to 375F. Spray a 9 x 5 x3" with a nonfat cooking spray. Sook onion and celery in 3 tablespoons liquid butter Buds or chicken broth until tender, abour 5 minutes. Stir in spices and mix well. Remove from heat. Add bread cubes and corn, mixing well. Combine dry ingredients. Add combined milk, liquid Butter Buds and Egg Beaters, mixing just until moistened. Add vegetable mixture. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clea,. Cool in pan 15 minutes. remove and cut in ¾" slices. Serve warm. Per sugar serving: 126 cal., 0.7g fat (5%), 0mg chol., 2g fiber, 5g pro., 25g carb., 216mg sod. Per S&L serving: 125 cal., 24g carb.
