Stuffed french loaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Ground beef and pork sausage
1 medium Onion, chopped
2 Loaves of brown and serve
French bread
cup Water
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Mustard
½ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
teaspoon Oregano
2 tablespoons Melted butter
Garlic salt

Directions

Cook pork sausage, beef and onion until brown. Cut off end of the bread, hollow inside (save the ends). Toss bread crumbs with other ingredients including meat except for garlic and butter. Stuff loaves. Sprad garlic and butter over bread. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 12-07-94
