Stuffed tomatoes #4

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Whole tomatoes
6 Stalks broccoli
Salt & pepper
Thyme
½ cup Hollandaise sauce
2 slices Provolone; quartered

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. Slice tops off tomatoes and hollow out with a spoon.

Cook broccoli; when done, cool and chop finely. Mix with spices and Hollandaise. Fill tomatoes and place quartered provolone on top. Bake approximately 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven.
