Ingredients

6 | Whole tomatoes | |
6 | Stalks broccoli | |
Salt & pepper | ||
Thyme | ||
½ | cup | Hollandaise sauce |
2 | slices | Provolone; quartered |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Slice tops off tomatoes and hollow out with a spoon.
Cook broccoli; when done, cool and chop finely. Mix with spices and Hollandaise. Fill tomatoes and place quartered provolone on top. Bake approximately 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven.
