1 cup Cottage cheese
1 tablespoon Buttermilk
1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Directions

The drier the cottage cheese the better. Drain and rinse if necessary.

Blend until smooth in a blender. Add buttermilk and fresh lemon juice.
