Sugar free strawberry jam~

Ingredients

3 | quarts | Whole strawberries |
Fresh or frozen | ||
1 | pack | 3 oz Strawberry-flavored |
Sugar-free gelatin | ||
6 | packs | To 10 Sugar substitute |
Directions
Crush berries until a small amount of juice forms. Place in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Remove from heat add the sweetner and mix well. Adjust sweetner to taste. Pour into jars or plastic containers. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks. Yield: 2-¾ cups Diabetic Exchange: one 1-tablespoon serving equals a free food; also 10 calories, 6 mg. sodium, 0cholestrol, 3 gm. carbohydrates, trace protein, 00 fat.
