Sugared tamarillos (tree tomatoes)

Quantity Ingredient
16 Tamarillos (4 servings)
½ cup Sugar (slightly less for the yellow tomatoes)

Directions

1. Peel the tree tomatoes and cut them into about six slices.

2. Put them into a tall narrow jar.

3. Pour the sugar into the jar over the tree tomatoes.
