Summer fruit brulee

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Fresh peaches; stoned and sliced
125 grams Fresh raspberries; (4oz)
125 grams Redcurrants; (4oz)
125 grams Strawberries; hulled (4oz)
2 tablespoons Brandy
250 millilitres Greek style yogurt; (1/2 pint)
125 grams Soft brown sugar; (4oz)

Directions

Place the prepared fruits in the base of an ovenproof dish.

Pour over the brandy.

Spread the Greek style yogurt over the fruit.

Sprinkle over the brown sugar and place under a preheated hot grill for 3 minutes or until the sugar has caramelised.

Chill before serving.
