Summer fruit brulee

125 | grams | Fresh raspberries; (4oz) |
125 | grams | Redcurrants; (4oz) |
125 | grams | Strawberries; hulled (4oz) |
2 | tablespoons | Brandy |
250 | millilitres | Greek style yogurt; (1/2 pint) |
125 | grams | Soft brown sugar; (4oz) |
Directions
Place the prepared fruits in the base of an ovenproof dish.
Pour over the brandy.
Spread the Greek style yogurt over the fruit.
Sprinkle over the brown sugar and place under a preheated hot grill for 3 minutes or until the sugar has caramelised.
Chill before serving.
