Sauteed summer fruit

2 | teaspoons | Unsalted Butter |
1 | tablespoon | Brown Sugar |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground Cinnamon |
Nutmeg; Large Pinch | ||
1 | pinch | Salt |
1½ | ounce | Brandy; Or Cognac |
4 | cups | Bite-Sized Pcs Soft Fresh Fruit; Note 1 |
2 | cups | Lowfat Frozen Yogurt |
1 | teaspoon | Chopped Mint Leaves; For Garnish |
Directions
Note 1: Fruit such as berries, peaches, apricots etc Prep Time: 5 - 10 min Cook: 3 - 5 min In a saute pan, melt butter over med-low heat. Add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and brandy or cognac; increase heat to high and simmer 1 in. Add fruit and cook a few min, until just warm. Divide among 4 bowls and top each with ½ C frozen yogurt. Garnish with mint.
Jeff fixed this for dessert tonite and it was very good...also quick and easy!!
