Summer fruit cocktail cooler

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Nectarines -- diced
10 ounces Strawberries, frozen
1 cup Orange juice
28 ounces Club soda -- * see note
Mint sprigs

Directions

* Use seltzer water instead of club soda if you wish.

Combine nectarines or honeydew, partially thawed strawberries and orange juice in blender. Whirl until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses about ⅔ full. Slowly add club soda. Garnish with mint sprigs.
