Summer harvest pasta salad

Ingredients

½ cup Snow Peas; trimmed
2 cups Pasta; cooked
2 cups Fresh Vegetables; sliced
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese; grated
2 tablespoons Fresh Basil; chopped
Salt
Pepper

Directions

In a small saucepan, bring 3 cups water to a boil over high heat. Add snow peas, and cook for 3-5 minutes, until crisp-tender. Drain, and rinse under cold water until cool. Place in a large bowl with remaining ingredients. Toss with ⅓ cup of your favorite salad dressing 30 minutes before serving.
