Sun fruit salad with banana dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 mediums Bananas; peel, slice
8 ounces Lemon low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
Lettuce leaves
8 cups Cut-up fruit such as: papaya; banana, strawberries star fruit, cantaloupe honeydew, mango, kiwi fruit and/or blueberries

For Dressing: In a blender or food processor, combine sliced bananas, lemon yogurt, sugar and lemon juice; cover and blend for 15 to 20 seconds or until smooth. Chill dressing, covered, for up to two hours.
