Ingredients

cup 40% Bran Flakes
2 cups Miller's bran
cup Bran Buds -- or All Bran
Cereal
1 cup Sliced almonds
1 cup Pitted prunes -- chopped
1 cup Dried apricot halves --
Chopped
½ cup Raisins

Directions

Combine all ingredients in lg. bowl. Mix gently. Store in tightly covered container. Per 1¼ cup serving: 200 calories, 15 g. fiber.
