Superb submarine sandwiches

⅔ | cup | Mayonnaise |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped chives |
8 | slices | Cooked ham |
8 | slices | Salami |
8 | slices | Pickle and pimiento loaf |
8 | slices | Summer sausage |
4 | cups | Torn romaine or iceberg |
Lettuce | ||
1 | medium | Tomato, chopped and drained |
⅓ | cup | Sliced pimiento-stuffed oliv |
2 | tablespoons | Commercial italian |

Directions
Cut bread loaves into quarters crosswise; split each quarter horizontally. Set bread aside.Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and chives; stir well. Spread about 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture on inside cut surface of each piece of bread. Fold the meat slices in half; arrange 1 folded slice of each type of meat on bread bottoms; set aside.Combine lettuce, tomato, olives, and Italian dressing; toss gently. Spoon salad mixture over meat slices; cover with bread tops.
