Sweet & sour red cabbage^

2 | cloves | Garlic, whole |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |

Directions
Simmer all ingredients in a deep saucepan, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 35 minutes. Remove garlic cloves and serve hot or cold.
