Sweet and sour cabbage #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Shredded cabbage
4 slices Bacon
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
½ cup Water
cup Vinegar
Salt & pepper
1 small Onion; sliced
2 Cloves

Directions

Cook cabbage in boiling, salted water for 7 minutes. Fry bacon. Add sugar & flour to bacon fat. Blend. Add water, vinegar & seasonings. Cook until thick. Add onion, diced bacon & cabbage. Heat. Serves 6.
