Sweet and sour celery

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Celery, diced
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Vinegar
2 tablespoons Flour
1 Egg
1 cup Water
¼ cup Sour cream

Directions

Cook celery in a little salt water until soft and almost dry. Make a dressing of the egg, flour, sugar, vinegar and water. Bring to a boil and when it thickens add the sour cream. Pour this over the celery, heat and serve.
