Sweet and sour flanken

2 | tablespoons | Mustard |
1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
2 | pounds | Flanken |

Mix ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and soy sauce well. Dip flanken into mixture. Bake in shallow dish at 300 degrees for 2 hours or keep on blech overnight.
I have doubled this recipe to feed 6 people.
