2 | cups | Cornmeal |
Directions
To rapidly boiling water, add salt and sprinkle cornmeal slowly. Allow water to boil over meal, a few minutes. stirring briskly to preven lumping.
when well combined, add shortening. Cover and steam fo 5-10 minutes, stirring often, Serve hot.
