Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 ounces Dry mustard
½ cup Tarragon vinegar
¾ cup Dry white wine
2 Eggs
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Honey
2 cups Mayonnaise

Directions

Combine mustard, vinegar and wine. Stir well and let stand overnight. In top of double boiler, mix eggs, sugar and honey. Bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat. When cool, add mustard mixture and mayonnaise. Store in refrigerator. Wicked on sandwiches.
