Sweet potato and rice fluff

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can (16-oz) sweet potatoes; drained and mashed
2 cups Cooked brown rice
½ teaspoon Grated nutmeg
2 Eggs; beaten
1 cup Miniature marshmallows
3 tablespoons Butter; melted
cup Brown sugar
1 can (8.25-oz) crushed pineapple

Directions

Combine all ingredients except marshmallows; spoon into buttered casserole, top with marshmallows and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 6-8.
