Three cheese potato fluff

½ | Bag Ore-Ida mashed potatoes, prepared | |
¾ | cup | Milk |
½ | cup | Swiss cheese, shredded |
¼ | cup | Parmesan cheese |
¾ | cup | Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
3 | larges | Scallions |
¼ | cup | Onion, chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Freshly ground pepper |
3 | larges | Eggs, separated |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Add milk to the prepared potatoes, cheeses, scallions, onions, salt and pepper and egg yolks. Mix together thoroughly until well blended. In a small bowl with mixer on high speed, whip the egg whites until stiff peak form. Gently fold beaten egg whites into mashed potato mixture. Spoon the mixture into a greased 3" deep casserole dish.
Bake about 50 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
