¼ cup Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla
¼ cup Evaporated milk
2 eaches Eggs
1 x Cinnamon or nutmeg; to taste
1 cup Crushed corn flakes
¼ cup Butter (1/2 stick)
½ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Pecans; chopped

Directions

TOPPING

Boil sweet potatoes in skins until done; cool, peel, mash and mix with remaining ingredients, except topping. Place in greased 3 qt.
