Swiss corn

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Fresh corn, cut from the cob
cup Milnot
1 Egg, beaten
2 tablespoons Chopped onion
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
½ cup Cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon Melted butter

Directions

Cook corn in boiling salted water 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and combine with milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper, and Swiss cheese. Place in greased 10 x 6 x 1½ inch casserole, or whatever you have that is close. Toss cracker crumbs with butter. Sprinkle over corn mixture.
