Swordfish & halibut steak duxelles

¼ | cup | Butter; melted |
2 | tablespoons | Parsley; chopped |
¼ | cup | Green onion; chopped |
1 | cup | Mushrooms; fine chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
4 | eaches | Fish steaks; 1 inch thick |
Directions
Turbot and Salmon are also suitable. Mix butter, parsley, green onion, mushrooms and lemon juice. Spread half of mixture in bottom of a baking dish. Arrange 4 fish steaks on top and add desired seasoning.
Cover with remaining mixture. Cover and microwave at high 6-8 minutes. Let stand covered 2 minutes.
