Taco bean bake

3 | cups | Red beans (already cooked) |
½ | cup | Chopped onion |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | teaspoons | Chili powder |
½ | teaspoon | Tabasco |
1 | can | (15-oz) tomato sauce |
1 | can | (15-oz) corn; drained |
2 | cups | Shredded non fat cheese |
2 | cups | Fat free baking mix |
½ | cup | Fat free mayo |
1 | cup | Nonfat milk |
½ | cup | Egg substitute |

Preheat oven to 350. Saute onion, add beans (you may want to use more than 3 c beans), salt, chili powder, tabasco, tomato sauce, and corn. Pour into Pam sprayed 13x9x2 pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Put baking mix in bowl, cut in fat free mayo, stir in 1/2c egg substitute, and milk. Spread over bean mixture. Bake 35 min or until browned nicely. Serves great with lettuce, tomatoe, and fat free sour cream.
