Tagliatelle with smoked ham and creamy garlic sauce

1 | 125 gram pac premium smoked ham; roughly chopped | |
1 | 250 gram pac fresh tagliatelle | |
200 | millilitres | Double cream; (7fl oz) |
Salt and freshly ground pepper | ||
Parmesan cheese shavings |
Directions
Preheat oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6.
Toss garlic cloves in oil and roast for 15 minutes or until soft.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and saute the ham, adding in the garlic, by simply squeezing from their skins cook for 2-3 minutes.
Cook tagliatelle as per pack instructions.
Add the cream to the ham and garlic mixture and heat through for a further 3-4 minutes.
Drain the pasta and combine with the sauce. Serve immediately with parmesan cheese shavings.
