Tangy cheese ball

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 packs (8 Oz) Cream Cheese; Room Temp.
2 tablespoons Green Pepper Flakes; Dried Tarragon Leave
½ cup Green Olives With Pimentos; Sliced
½ cup Black Olives; Diced
1 tablespoon Onion Flakes; Dry
2 teaspoons Tabasco Sauce
½ cup Parsley Flakes; Dryed

Directions

1. Blend cream cheese, green pepper flakes, olives, onion, and Tabasco sauce with a fork in a medium size bowl.

2. Shape mixture into a round ball.

3. Roll in parsley flakes until covered slightly, pressing flakes against ball as you roll it.

4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

5. Present on platter surrounded with snack crackers.

NOTES : This will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. You can add fresh sprigs of parsley around base of ball for an added festive touch.
