Tarragon pasta and turkey salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Rotini, Twists or Spirals uncooked
8 ounces Smoked turkey; chopped
1 cup Sliced celery
cup Seedless red grapes cut into halves
1 cup Sliced scallions (white and green parts)
1 cup Non-fat mayonnaise OR reduced-fat mayonnaise
cup Non-fat sour cream OR reduced-fat sour cream
tablespoon Chopped fresh tarragon; OR Dried tarragon
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse under cold water and drain again.

In a large bowl, stir together the pasta, turkey, celery, grapes and scallions. In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients.

Toss pasta with dressing. Add salt and pepper, if desired. Serve immediately or cover and chill.
