Quantity Ingredient
2 cups White flour
1 cup Milk; (room temp)
1 cup Rye flour
tablespoon Honey
teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Caraway seed
1 tablespoon Plain n/f yogurt
1 teaspoon Anise seeds
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
teaspoon Active dry yeast

Directions

Add, first wet ingredients, then dry, then yogurt in corners on top, and then yeast in well in top. I use medium color white bread setting.
